Lisa collaborates with an outstanding team of engineers who bring over 40 years of combined experience in plant operations, project management, and senior engineering. Their remarkable background includes managing multi-million-dollar projects across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Lisa is genuinely committed to understanding her clients' needs and enhancing facility maintenance throughout the Greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Together, they are excited to provide exceptional solutions for every project!

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity Washington University and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). 

Darryl Muhammad is the Project Operations Manager of LDM Facility Solutions Concepts, LLC.

As the Project Operations Manager at LDM Facility Solutions Concepts, LLC, Darryl boasts 39 years of diverse industry experience. His extensive background includes invaluable experience as both a Project Manager and a Chief Engineer on multimillion-dollar residential and commercial projects.  

 Darryl’s career is a testament to his exceptional technical, analytical, and communication skills, which he applies with remarkable consistency. What truly distinguishes him is his innate ability to cultivate collaboration among team members and stakeholders alike. Darryl masterfully builds consensus to achieve shared objectives, guiding projects toward triumphant outcomes with a deft touch and unwavering commitment. 

Darryl is always ready to embrace new challenges and easily adapts to changing priorities. His knack for implementing effective process improvements and pursuing operational excellence is remarkable. By providing strategic operational support and efficiently managing change, he has cultivated meaningful partnerships and nurtured productive working relationships that align perfectly with our organizational objectives. He plays a critical role in overseeing LDM's strategic planning and managing our physical infrastructure. In this vital role, Darryl leads operations and manages capital projects, skillfully negotiates contracts, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and inspires our dedicated team to enhance facility services.
